- for a productive morning and getting all that I wanted to and then some done before school
- seeing all my kids again, four days was a long time away from them!
- Madelynn being really excited about school today
- so many creative ideas for haunted houses in writing today! It is always so rewarding to see kids who don't get excited about many things really get excited about a piece of writing. I'm excited to see how this piece ends up!
- I'm thankful for Courtney's helpfulness when I get stressed
- remembering funny things that put a smile on your face when you need it the most
- Starbucks coffee, so needed today.
- getting to play with pipe cleaners and straws to make polygons and measure perimeters. MATH IS ALWAYS MORE FUN WHEN YOU GET TO PLAY!
- seeing the excitement on my kids' faces when I told them their specialty animal. I can't wait to see how their love for their animal grow throughout the year.
- Eric being so presh every day as I walk him out the back of the school to walk home. Thankful for sweet polite boys like him!
- For Breanne's friendship and understanding when we are feeling the same things. So glad God placed her on my path this year!
- The perfect song coming on the radio so many times today. It's like the best thing ever!
- Being goofy and weird on the phone, and Josh understanding. :)
- Dinner with Sarah, Flo, and Jarv, so thankful for their friendship. For catching up, and being weird, and for knitting runners.
- I love GroupMe. #truelife
- I'm thankful for Adam and Chrissy, and our goofy and real conversations all the time. They are great friends.
- Cuddling up on the couch with a blanket and being warm and comfortable. I love Fall.
“don’t forget to notice the colors of the leaves changing” [dove chocolate], each day I realize it’s not the big events in your life that make it worth living. it’s the little things that warm your heart and put a smile on your face
